These beautiful hot water bottles are soft to the touch, hypoallergenic and retain warmth brilliantly thanks to the natural insulating properties of pure wool. These women work within a cottage enterprise craft group, enabling them to work from home under the principles of fair trade.

On top of fair pay, safe working conditions and opportunities to up-skill and train as group leaders, the knitters also receive a profit share to help them send their children to school.

Care Note

Wash your knits the way you'd wash your favourite woolly jumper: with care, and only when you really need to! A gentle wool or delicates cycle will do the trick, or ideally hand wash with a wool detergent. Dry flat, never tumble dry, and reshape while damp. With a little TLC these pieces will last for years.
