A little bit of magic for the table.

The star design is carved into a wooden printing block, which is dipped in metallic gold pigment and carefully pressed onto the cotton by hand, then repeated across the cloth. The slight variations in the print are all part of the beauty and character of this traditional process.

For this limited winter collection, I carefully curated four rich, seasonal shades: Ember, a warm burnt orange; Fir, an earthy green; Mulled Wine, a deep festive red; and Twilight, a rich inky blue. Each base colour has been custom dyed to order especially for Cosy Buddha before being hand printed with our scattered gold stars.

These are made slowly and in small batches, and this collection is genuinely limited. Once this batch has gone, we won't be able to repeat it this winter.

Festive without being just for Christmas, they're designed for autumn suppers, candlelit dinners, Christmas gatherings and everything in between. Add the matching Gold Star napkins for the full effect, or mix them with pieces you already own.

Please note: the gold print will fade with washing

Our metallic gold stars are printed by hand onto the surface of the cotton. The gold will soften and fade with washing and use. This is an expected characteristic of the metallic hand-printed finish and is not a fault.

To preserve the brighter metallic finish for as long as possible, we recommend washing only when needed on a cool, gentle cycle and avoiding harsh detergents. Over time, the gold will become softer and more muted, giving the cloth a lovely, lived-in appearance.
