Inspired by the soft tones and symmetry of Jaipur’s old city, Pink City Courtyard pairs a delicate courtyard floral with a classic stripe, both sides hand block printed using traditional wooden blocks.

Each quilt is printed, quilted and finished by hand in small batches in Jaipur, then gently trimmed with a soft ruffle edge. 

Reversible by design, you can turn it with the season or your mood. Florals one week, stripe the next.

At 228 x 275 cm, these quilts are generously sized to drape beautifully over a double bed. It works just as well folded at the end of the bed or thrown over a sofa for extra warmth.

Made from breathable cotton with a comfortable mid weight feel that suits year round use. Layer it over a duvet in winter or use it on its own in the summer months. 

Because each piece is printed and stitched by hand, subtle variations are part of the charm and the beauty of traditional craft.

A word about washing...

Knitwear

You should wash your Cosy Buddha garments the same way you would wash your favourite woolly jumper - with care, and only when you really need to! These knits are made to last and with a little TLC you will be enjoying them for years to come.

A gentle wool or delicates wash will do the trick, or ideally hand wash with a wool or silk detergent. Ideally dry flat, and do NOT tumble dry!

Please note that these hand knitted socks do not have reinforced soles and are designed for wearing in bed and lounging. If you intend to be on your feet all day or on hard flooring, our hand felted slippers would be a more suitable choice. 

Block Print Cotton Bags and Pyjamas

Hand wash at no more than 30 degrees (ideally 20 degrees) or machine wash on a cool / gentle / delicates cycle.

Avoid scrubbing or wringing out the fabric. 

Dark coloured items should be washed separately and may take 2-3 washes to remove initial bleeding / excess dye.  

Use non-biological detergent.

Do not tumble dry.

Pull to shape and allow to dry inside out, away from direct sunlight.
