Suzani is a traditional Central Asian textile art, featuring intricate, hand-embroidered patterns, often floral or geometric, stitched using vibrant silk or wool threads. Originating from countries like Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan, suzani embroidery is known for its bold colours, rich symbolism, and decorative charm. The word suzani comes from the Persian suzan, meaning “needle.”
Cotton canvas is similar in feel and weight to denim, and cotton slub is a textured weave, heavier and softer. Cotton slub jackets are also lined in soft cotton voile.

Care Note
Hand wash gently in cool water or use a delicates cycle at 30°C maximum with mild detergent. Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes. Reshape while damp, air dry away from direct sunlight, and iron on a cool setting on the reverse if needed.
